2003 Shiraz

The colour is a vibrant brick red with a youthful bright hue. The bouquet is an intense black pepper with dried herbs and strawberry jam. The mid-full bodied palate is dominated by a completing balance of spice and fruit. A backbone of pepper is softened by a savoury, biscuity red berry mid palate. A classic south Burnett Shiraz displaying depth, length and driven by sweet fruit characters.
