The South Burnett district, home of Bridgeman Downs, is fast becoming known as Queensland’s premium producer of fine wines.

Often compared to the Hunter Valley, the region’s sub-tropical climate  produces a high rainfall during the growing season which allows production of outstanding examples of wines produced from a variety of grapes including Verdelho, Chardonnay, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and others.
