Shiraz / Cabernet Sauvignon Magnums

The first magnum realise from Bridgeman Downs cellars is made from hand picked fruit carefully selected from the Bridgeman Downs 10 acre vineyard. Only 330 of these magnums have been produced and are all individually numbered and wax sealed by hand.

This wine has delicious aromas of spicy liquorish and cassis with subtle American oak overtones. The palate is rich and flavoursome showing red berries and plums with hints of sweet red capsicum and mint. Soft rounded tannins with a long savoury finish make this wine the perfect accompaniment to tomato based pasta's and slow cooked meats. This is wine ready to drink now or tuck it away in the cellar for years to come
